Our Services
We offer specialised workplace health, safety and environmental services tailored to your needs. By taking the time to discuss and understand your requirements and timeframes, we can deliver solutions that minimise risk, support compliance, and help your business succeed.
The workplace health, safety and environmental (WHSE) services below provide a snapshot of how we can assist, but they are by no means, an exhaustive list. If the support you need is not listed below, please give us a call to discuss things further.
Hazard and Risk Assessment
Hazard and risk assessments are so important because they help identify what could cause harm before someone gets hurt.
Painted hard hats and ones covered in induction stickers, are quite common on sites, yet the decoration has the capacity to hide faults and damage. Are the hard hats worn on your worksites compliant with Australian Standards? Are they in date? Are they worn correctly? Are they actually protecting your workers, or simply worn for compliance?
Our Hazard and Risk Assessment services identify potential workplace hazards, evaluate the level of risk, and recommend effective control measures. These help businesses reduce incidents, improve safety culture, and maintain regulatory compliance.

SWMS, JSA's, SOP's
Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), love them or hate them, they're a very useful and mandatory tool if you're undertaking High Risk Construction Work.
WorkSafe Queensland outline very strict guidelines on SWMS on their website, and we've included a link to this information along with a SWMS Interactive tool, on our Essential Resources Tool. In answer to your question, No we won't prepare them for you, however we will work very closely with your subject matter experts (SME) to develop effective SWMS for your worksite.
Likewise for your job safety analysis (JSA), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), we'll work closely with your SME's to develop these.
Contractor Management
When time is limited, contractor onboarding can easily become another job on the list. We can assist by managing the contractor onboarding and prequalification process for you, helping ensure contractors and subcontractors are suitably qualified, compliant, and prepared to work safely before they commence on site.
Our support includes contractor prequalification, verification of licences and insurances, coordination of site inductions, review of risk assessments and relevant safety documentation, and ensuring contractors understand your workplace systems, site requirements, and expectations before work begins.
Incident Management
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is often described as the last line of defense, and this photo, taken post incident, highlights just how important PPE can be.
Our focus is primarily on working with our clients to establish safe systems of work, in order to prevent incidents from occurring, however, if an incident does occur, we are ICAM-trained and can assist by conducting a structured incident investigation.
The investigation will identify the underlying system failures that contributed to an incident. Rather than focusing on blame, the ICAM process examines the people, equipment, environment, systems, supervision, planning and organisational factors that may have influenced the event.
Compliance Audits and Site Inspections
Engaging workplace health, safety and environmental consultants to conduct site inspections and compliance audits brings the benefit of a fresh set of eyes, often identifying hazards that may have been overlooked over time.
We have established systems for conducting both site inspections and compliance audits and can carry these out on your behalf. Each inspection or audit is planned prior to attending your workplace, and is followed by a detailed report, detailing what is working well, along with recommended improvements and suggested timeframes for corrective actions.
Tenders - Preparation and Review
We can support your business with the workplace health safety and environment (WHSE) aspects of your tender submissions, helping to ensure the WHSE requirements are clearly addressed and documentation is professional, compliant and ready for submission. We can also undertake a thorough review of the WHSE aspects of any tenders submitted to your business.
PHOTO - No one has a photo relevant to Tenders....so, this pic is pure & simple, Click Bait. Taken outside the Rydges Pit Lane in Tailem Bend, S.A. - the foyer is "littered" with million dollar cars. The joy of travelling for compliance audits.
Coaching and Mentoring
Yes, that’s a photo of Rocky Road, a nut-free version with salted caramel popcorn ... but we digress.
We genuinely enjoy working with teams and helping them build a positive approach to workplace health, safety, and environment. Over time, we’ve influenced a shift in the mindset of many workers from “WHSE is just butt-covering paperwork” to simply pausing to think: "What am I about to do? What could harm me? Is there a safer way?"
If you’d like us to support and engage with your team from a WHSE perspective, we’d love to help. And yes… we’ll bring the Rocky Road.
