Rate Schedule
Donaldson HS&E Matters is Dalby-based and provides workplace health, safety and environmental consultancy services to businesses across the Western Downs, Darling Downs, South Burnett and surrounding regions.
We offer flexible engagement options to suit the needs of each business, including hourly consulting, day rates, fixed-fee project packages and ongoing advisory support.
Travel & Regional Service Charges
Local Service Area
Travel within our standard local service area may be included in the quoted fee.
Outside Standard Local Service Area
Where travel outside the local service area is required, charges may apply, including:
- Travel time
- Vehicle / kilometer rate, or
- A fixed travel fee may be quoted in advance for simplicity and cost certainty.
Where overnight travel is required, accommodation and associated travel expenses may be charged at cost and will be discussed prior to engagement.

Important Information
All pricing is exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Fixed-fee project packages and ongoing advisory support pricing is based on the agreed scope of works.
Work outside the agreed scope may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Urgent, after-hours or weekend support may attract additional charges.

All services provided by Donaldson HS&E Matters are subject to an agreed scope of works, applicable fees and service terms. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge responsibility for providing accurate information, reasonable access to relevant personnel or sites, and for the implementation of any recommendations, controls or corrective actions provided.
Warranty
Donaldson HS&E Matters is committed to delivering professional workplace health, safety and environmental consultancy services with due care, skill and attention. Services are provided in accordance with agreed scopes and current legislative requirements. Outcomes may vary depending on site conditions, client implementation and ongoing management.
Payment Terms
Invoices are issued in accordance with the agreed scope of works and are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Delays in payment may result in a pause to ongoing services, release of documentation or project completion timeframes. Alternative payment arrangements may be discussed and confirmed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
If services need to be postponed or cancelled, clients are requested to provide reasonable notice where possible. Donaldson HS&E Matters reserves the right to charge for time allocated, travel undertaken, or work completed prior to cancellation.
